This is hands down the most awful company I've ever dealt with. Seriously, it's just the worst experience.

They just don’t get back to me through email or live chat. I’m really trying to find out when my order will ship because of an urgent situation. They mentioned shipping would happen within a day, but it’s been over two days now and I haven’t heard a peep from them. All I need is a response.

This ink is likely the finest I've ever used. I'm really into the subtle shifts in color. I got a 2oz set of the 101 colors and I'm quite impressed. Just a heads up if you're in a high-altitude area—two bottles burst on me, but the ink quality is truly outstanding.
